Novelty EveryWear contracts are made and orders accepted only upon and subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
SECURITY POLICY All payments are processed securely through PayPal in order to protect your confidential information. Credit card information is not stored "on-line" and no one, including us, will have access to your credit card number at any time during or after the checkout process.
CANCELLATION POLICY Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at noveltyeverywear@live.com. Customers who wish to cancel their order after it has shipped will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES Returns and exchanges will be accepted provided that the customer has obtained a return authorization (RA) from us at noveltyeverywear@live.com. Size exchanges will be accepted provided that the customer has obtained an RA, preserved all original packaging and kept the merchandise in new condition.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted in cases where there is a manufacturing defect in the product, providing that the customer has obtained an RA number.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
PRICES Orders are subject to acceptance by Novelty EveryWear and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. All prices are in USD.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING Orders are not subject to any minimum. Orders placed are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. In all cases we will dispatch your goods as soon as possible. In rare cases where circumstance may be beyond our control we will notify you as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
We are not liable for shipping delays, lost items, or damage incurred to goods in transit, or for non-delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES Delivery charges are based on the customer’s location, delivery method, and quantity of goods, and are calculated in the total at the time of checkout.
CLAIMS Claims can be made through the customer service department by e-mail: noveltyeverywear@live.com. Any claims made before prior communication with Novelty EveryWear will not be considered.
All goods must be checked upon receipt. Shortages, seller errors or damaged merchandise must be communicated to our customer service department at the time of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any claim in respect of the above should be made by e-mail to noveltyeverywear@live.com within 48 hours of the delivery.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer of any goods supplied by Novelty EveryWear. Please read and adhere to the care instructions that are supplied with all of our products. Care instructions can also be found on our website.
COMPLAINTS If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service that we provide please contact us at noveltyeverywear@live.com. You will receive a written response within 7 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within an additional 14 working days.
